Mari was very kind and helpful, flexible re: check in and check out times. I travelled with a friend and Mari gave us great recommendations for hiking options and sightseeing nearby, She even left a bottle of wine and fruits for us, as well as coffee. I can highly recommend to stay with her. Also, the sofa bed was very comfortable.

We loved everything about this property! The location was perfect right next to the ferry, on the lake and a short stroll to the main square. Menaggio itself is the perfect place to base yourself for a trip to Lake Como as it is easily accessible to the rest of the lake while being slightly less touristy and flatter to walk around. Alessandro was a wonderful host, check in was easy and he provided so much local knowledge that made sure we got the most out of our week exploring the town and the lake. The apartment itself was clean, comfortable and well equipped - it is clear that Alessandro has thought of everything that you may need to make your stay a pleasant one! We would stay here again in a heartbeat! Sensational holiday and Villa Paola is perfect in every way!

A wonderful apartment with stunning views over Lake Como. A quiet location up the hill behind Menaggio. We were warmly welcomed by Sylvia who went out of her way to make us feel at home. The apartment was well equipped with everything needed. Parking is onsite for a small car. Would highly recommend
