The location was perfect a short walk from the town and beach but far enough back so it was quiet at night. The security was excellent and the room was very clean. The bathroom and shower were also excellent - just what we needed at the end of the day at the beach. The best part may have been the patio and breakfast though. Highly recommended!

I wasn’t quite sure what to expect on my arrival. Having been in many other establishments in Roseto degli Abruzzi far more expensive and very disappointing I wasn’t prepared to find such a gem. My room was very spacious and full of light, the en-suite bathroom was also big and spotlessly clean. The all place was comfortable, clean furnishings and very welcoming . Fantastic Self-service breakfast with excellent facilities. The owner Flavia, was very friendly. Yes it was near the rail track however anyone that knows Roseto also knows that no matter where you stay you will hear the train (which frankly wasn’t an issue at all). Looking forward to staying there again.

The apartment is comfortable, modern and clean. There is a shared kitchen which is super handy. Breakfast is Italian and delicious but most impressive was the hospitality of the hosts. They were super friendly, helpful and nice. We even got 2 bikes and an umbrella at the beach. The location of the apartment is amazing - 3 min by bike to the beach and short drive to the Autostrada to visit the mountains and Nationalpark. We would definitely come back.

The hostess was amazing and went way above what was expected! I felt at home from the moment I arrived in Roseta degli Abruzzi! In a previous comment, I remarked on the lack of heating - only to find it was my fault entirely! I'd failed to turn it up! So 10/10 for everything!

The cleanliness of the place was amazing, creating an inviting and fresh atmosphere. 🤩 The location of this accommodation was an absolute dream come true, because it is super close to the beach! ☀️The convenience of having numerous restaurants and shops within walking distance added to the overall charm of the area. What truly made our stay unforgettable was the exceptional service provided by the owners. Every single person we encountered was incredibly warm, friendly, and genuinely caring. Their attention to detail and commitment to ensuring our comfort made us feel like valued guests throughout our stay. :) It's rare to find a place that combines modern luxury with such genuine warmth, and I feel fortunate to have discovered this gem and will definitely return in the future! Perfect location in a beautiful seaside town. Easy beach access, beautiful to see the moon and listen to the ocean at night. Plenty of restaurants within walking distance. Could be busy in the peak of summer, some places were closing or already closed when we arrived late September.
