I'm more than satisfied with the staying in Zvejnieku Māja. It's the place where I deffinetly would like to return. The apartment is very nice with small details what fits the name of the place so well. The apartment is in a superb location. Just a few steps from Jūrkalne steep bank. View from there is breath taking. Also Grocery store and bus stop is near bay. Very smooth check-in and check-out.

Great place to relax, very quiet and peaceful, close to the sea (empty and scenic beaches), excellent if you are travelling with an animal companion.

The location is great - just next to the sea. Maybe 5 min by car - in Jurkalne, there is one shop where you can buy all the food & drinks you might need. Nice house with all necessary equipment. Comfortable and warm during winter time. Will definitely return.

A cosy, fully-equiped wooden house with 2 separate bedrooms and a big living room-kitchen space. A very helpful host who even offered to pick some vegetables from his vegetable garden in case we run out of the ones we brought with us ☺️. A perfect place for those who wish privacy and quiet holiday not far from the seaside. There is 15-20 mins walk to the beach by the countryside road and a path through the field. The beach is wonderful and never crowded with a great cliff landscape.

Do not be discouraged by the exterior of the (aparently Soviet era) residential building - the apartment itself is modern, perfectly equipped and very clean! Very quiet and calm location in semi-natural surroundings - we picked up edible mushrooms almost directly at our doorstep. A short walking distance to the 'village meadow' with an inspiring high-tech audio-visual show of (? Suiti) folk music and songs - something definitely not to be missed when you are in Jurkalne, and only a little bit longer to the famous sandy cliffs and picturesque beach. Besides, a good base for sightseeong a wider region (Alsunga, Edole castle, Kuldiga, Ventspils).
