The house is absolutely gorgeous and so is the location right on Hot Water Beach. There is such a wide range of leisure equipment, which unfortunately we couldn't use at all due to the short time of our stay. Everything is in TOP condition. In the end we only used the paddles, but there would also have been kayaks, e-bikes and fishing equipment. Communication was good, but no personal contact. There are 2 cafés in the area - both very nice, but not always open. Be sure to buy groceries beforehand - there is nothing in the area...

We loved the location; the access to the beach, close to cafe and small store. The beach was beautiful and not crowded this time of year. We enjoyed digging our own thermal pool and appreciated the use of towels and shovel provided at the property. We loved the big windows and natural light. We would definitely recommend this private, peaceful setting.

This is a lovely and airy beach house, beds were very comfortable, and essentials for our stay were provided. A shovel for us to use at Hot Water Beach was left for us on the deck. Location is great, within walking distance to Hot Water Beach

The location was gorgeous. And the property was very tidy.

The accommodation was clean, well-kept and had everything one could need. The owner has the cutest golden retriever that our dog enjoyed playing with. The accommodation is walking distance from Hahei beach and lovely eating establishments such as Little Blue Kitchen and The Poor House. 10 mins drive from Hot Water Beach as well. A really nice spot. I would definitely come again.
