Very well kept townhouse with comfortable amenities just steps from the beach. There are several nice restaurants within walking distance, and it’s also a short walk to the main road to catch a tricycle for sightseeing. We loved waking up in the morning and going for a swim, and the sunsets on the beach in the evening were beautiful. The hosts are accommodating and communicative, and the check-in process was smooth and easy to coordinate. The hosts also offered a private transport service to the Manila airport which was easy to coordinate and very convenient.

Everything was clean when we arrived. The place is also near the beach and 7/11. They are also very accommodating.

La cercanía a la playa, pueden oirse las olas del mar desde algunas habitaciones. Fueron flexibles con el checking. La atención del personal. A 8-10 minutos de san juan en trycicle. Nos reubicaron en una habitación más grande que tenían disponible.

I arrived and the place is locked and I was told the booing will not be honored. There were very free other places to go and the place I did find was not good. I would not recommend this owner as they don’t honor their bookings.

We loved Angel and Marie's Place! For the price we got a huge living area including kitchenette - a great value. Lots and lots of electric wall plugs. Really liked the simple design and colour scheme of the rooms. House Rules were few and easy to understand and to follow. Staff left us alone - except when we phoned or asked questions and then were very helpful - just the way we like it. Location is packed with places to eat and easy access to the beach. Good swimming areas and lots of photo opportunities with amazing sunsets and the surfer scene. BBQ place on the beach is incredible!

Only the location is quiet. But the place is basura/trash.
