We had only a short stay due to change in flights, but everything was as expected. Welcoming host and quiet area with the mention that you are close to the airport and you hear airplanes leaving, but that didn’t bothered our sleep

The location was perfect! If you cannot find any parking on the street, there's a parking up the hill (by BP station) and you can leave your car there for days, it's free! The house is very close to the beach and the town centre, 2 mins to the beach and a 6 mins walk to the centre. The property is a very large house, though it's close to the centre it's very quiet. You can have a good night sleep! Unlike in a hotel where you can hear noises from the lift or guests passing by your room. The host is very nice and polite, very communicative on Booking's messenger. Fix the checkin and checkout estimated time, and she would be punctual. Highly recommendable and will choose to stay at this accommodation again! I am a fussy person and prefer to give my honest opinion. This is a genuine review:))

great apartment, very comfortable, with very good equipped kitchen, nice size tarrace, great communication with the owner. The best thing is the view: spectacular view of the ocean, Machico town, and big, green hills. Great panoramic windows even in the apartment’s hall

One of the best location for stay in Madeira. Sandy beach is just right next to property, you just need to walk through the little bridge. Banda d’Alem is small bay beach, however all around you can enjoy the view of open ocean, also from the balcony of the appartment. Machico is Only 5 minutes away by car from Madeira airport (bolt costs approximately 8€). Apartment is in new building with underground parking. There is a lift in property. Apartment is very spacious, clean and very well furnished and equipped with everything you need for comfortable stay. Beds mattresses and linen were in high quality. From each room you have access to balcony and there are two separate bathrooms. We all enjoyed staying in such a nice apartment and we felt like home. Communication with representative Bruno was easy and all went well with checkin and checkout. In Machico you have all you need within walking distance…restaurants, local fruit and vegetable shops, post office, souvenir shops and supermarkets, even the vet and pet hotel ☺️ It was the best choice for us, we can recommend A*****

Our flight from Funchal back to the UK was cancelled due to bad weather, meaning that we had to find overnight accommodation. By the time we reached the accommodation it was dark and we were absolutely exhausted. Our host Zelia took the trouble to drive to the apartment and to help us with the key safe and our luggage. Zelia is the perfect host and "Viewpoint" is very spacious and superbly furnished, which accommodated our every need. The bed is very comfortable, and the power shower is excellent. The accommodation is serviced and cleaned daily and the linen and towels were pristine.

Wonderful place, very nice location near to the beach and Machico center. Full equipped kitchen and laundry are big advantage if you stay here for a week or more. Quietly at night, comfy bed. If you are lucky enough you can park in front of the building.
