This is a local family-run small hotel that offers a very warm, homey, cozy vibe with a very high service standard. Expect clean sheets, towels, bathrobes, toiletries, slippers, drinking water, and also a selection of tea and high quality drip coffee bags, EVERYDAY. On top of that, the restaurant is highly recommended. It's a 5-star experience and the chef does know his local ingredients well and will create/adjust/recommend dishes for you. Breakfast may not be exactly the type you expect from international chain hotels, but you'll always get fresh fruits, slices of toast, tea/coffee together with the local selection. I originally booked for 2 nights but ended up staying for almost 2 weeks. Highly recommended for Soi Dog volunteers and those seeking quiet quality time.

Wow! This was definitely one of the better stays in our traveling experience. And we have traveled a lot. We loved everything! Super close to the beach, 1min and you are already in your almost “private” beach, not so many other people. Villa it self is perfect for 2-4 people company. Very spacious and there is everything what you need. Owner have thought about small details which makes incredible comfortable your stay. Very clean and a lot of towels. Zhanna was a wonderful host, helped with tips and always was very helpful. It was our honeymoon and she had a nice small surprise for us, which also very nice and thoughtful. Outside space was also really nice, large pool, beautiful sun-beds, morning sun and day sun. Location was also really good, we rented a motorbike and it was easy to access supermarkets, massage places and restaurants only 5min ride, walking like 15-20 min. We recommend this place. Thanks again for a incredible nice stay🫶🏻

Very clean, spacious and quiet property. Couple of minutes walk to the beach or shops. Bikes available to use. Air conditioning in the bedroom was excellent. Owner was very helpful and gave useful local information.

This place is simply stunning - both the property and the apartment itself are great. Much better than what we had expected and what it looks like here on booking. The property has many pools alongside the buildings (including baby pool) lovely grass pads to relax on and beachfront at the back yard. Everything is extremely well maintained and beautiful. The apartment itself is spacious, light, well equipped and the terrace opens directly to the pool.

Prima locatie om nog even te relaxen voor je via Phuket naar huis vliegt. Locatie is op 15 minuten van het vliegveld. Genoeg restaurants om 's ochtends te ontbijten en 's avonds te eten. 7-eleven vlakbij. Het resort heeft prachtige bungalows met vaak woonkamer met keuken, slaapkamer en grote badkamer. Airco in slaapkamer en flinke ventilator in de woonkamer. Vriendelijke eigenaren die je met alles willen bijstaan. Mooi zwembad in de tuin.

we booked for 1 night after airport arrival with three kids, perfect for one night, lovely room, lovely pool and super friendly owner! everything is just like in the photos and reviews, owner was great he also booked us cab to pier and this cabbie was 100% also!

Erg mooi appartementencomplex. Mooie zwembaden. Het appartement waar wij verbleven was erg schoon en groot. Netjes ingericht. Voor het complex kun je gemakkelijk een taxi aanhouden. Na 5 minuten rijden ben je bij Turtle Village, een winkelcentrum met diverse restaurants, 7 Eleven en starbucks. Al bij al een prima verblijf!

My husband and I lived in various condos in Phuket on the beaches of Karon, Kata, Patong. We really liked this condo hotel! Calm, clean air! Great large pool where you can swim in circles. It's GREAT that there is a large tennis court for free. About 200 meters away there is a sauna with a swimming pool. The restaurants have great food and great service and PRICES! I especially liked the catfish there and Pattaya at the Mama restaurant. The sea is calm and clean. It's nice to walk about 1000 meters. At the same time, complete the daily requirement step by step. Shops are right along the roads Big C, 7/11 and super cheep. . It was nice to run along the road to the left from the hotel. Giveyas block the road from the sun; there are practically no cars. We are thinking of living here longer next time. Ideal for remote work. Also, the apartment was clean and had all you need for a long stay.
