Loved our stay. Clean, comfortable spacious rooms, lovely view. Sunrise over the water was very beautiful! Restaurant served great food. You can hire scooters from here. We also got picked up and dropped off at the pier for a charge. Jum speaks very good English so that was great for us. She is friendly, knowledgeable and helpful, we had a flat tyre while riding around and she got someone to come out to where we were with a spare tyre. Would highly recommend and would happily stay again

The host & her daughter were so funny and exceptionally welcoming! They made sure everything was perfect for our stay and were super helpful even with the language barrier. They were able to provide us 2 scooter rentals (koh yao yai was the only place in Thailand that I drove my own scooter it was very calm and remote). They brought us water and home made breakfast (the fried dough was amazing!) They were able to provide us a laundry service and our clothes came back very clean. I highly recommend staying at Relaxing House Koh Yao Yai and booking a Hong Island Boat Tour through the owner, it was our favorite boat tour that we did on our two months traveling throughout Thailand. The beaches were beautiful. It's a little away from the main tourist area which we found nice, a short 15 minute scooter ride if we wanted to get over to the resorts/ shopping. The bungalow was clean and we loved the owner's kitty's coconut would have my morning coffee with me while I worked remotely.

The room was very comfortable and clean, and it had a lovely outside seating area. The hosts were exceptional. They brought us breakfast in the mornings, gave us lifts to and from Laem Had Beach, and brought us coconuts on our last day! They are so very kind and made our stay so wonderful. Thank you so much, we hope to visit again soon!

Great place to stay in Koh Yao Yai! The villa definitely exceeded our expectations! We informed the staff that it was our honeymoon trip so they decorated the villa for us, the bedroom was beyond beautiful! It had an overlooking view on the private pool which is looking over the ocean. The sitting area was VERY spacious, very well prepared. It had everything a home would need such as an electric heater, fridge, multiple ACs and a smart TV. This is the first time I see all these amenities in a hotel. The staff were VERY VERY considerate, they even arranged a 4 am drop off to Phuket's airport and prepared breakfast for said trip! The restaurant is also very chill and serves delicious food! Chef Beach is VERY friendly and cooks amazing food!

It's a quiet place in good location. 7 Eleven shot is only about 5 minutes drive. We stayed for 2 nights and we are happy with this place. Good value for money. Hot shower water is Good.

We loved this place, it's just a minute ride from the 7-eleven, but is a but hidden from the road and you get a nice view of the grove of gum trees, peaceful and quiet. In the room we had everything we needed, the bed was fairly comfortable, and there was a small wardrobe to hang clothes.

Very friendly owner. Nice and quiet. Gorgeous beach on walking distance. Will need a motorbike to explore if you stay for several days. Very nice house, comfy bed. I booked an extra night.
