The space, the furnishing , cleanliness of the apartment, ambience and aesthetics. Basic amenities provided was very helpful and made the apartment feel like home. Check in was seamless, Alysia yje host was fantastic. She simplified everything. Proximity to everything needed,from shops to the beach made the apartment location great.

On the doorstep of south beach and all the best places, we loved it! From the UK with 2 kids (age 16 and 10) it had everything we needed including a hot tub - the host answered any questions I had and gave easy instructions of everything in the penthouse plus the restaurant downstairs served the best breakfasts with huge portions and great mimosas!

The location was great and the rooms were clean and cozy. A huge balcony offered space for us to relax and enjoy the good weather.
