Set on a hillside, Amigdalies offers 2-bedroom apartments with views over the castle of Myrina and the Aegean Sea. Stunning sea views from the large private balcony overlooking the town of Myrina, with a clear view of Mount Athos in the distance which made for spectacular sunsets. Very peaceful, quiet setting with beautiful, flower-filled gardens and ample parking right outside. Comfortable, attractive, recently refurbished studio apartment with everything we needed for an extended stay, (essential kitchen equipment, coffee machines, laundry rack, air conditioning, very comfortable bed and really good wifi). Daily cleaning service offering fresh towels if needed... and the ladies were very kind in adapting to my late hours and coming to clean in the afternoon! In fact, all of the staff were very helpful and really sweet. Complimentary wine, water, coffee and sweets on arrival were a lovely touch. And we were so grateful when they offered us a late check out because we didn't have to leave until 4.15 pm to catch our flight... which enabled us to make the most of our last day! There were two great supermarkets and a fabulous bakery/coffee shop a few minutes' walk away and the beach and town centre were in walking distance. I have spent lots of time travelling in Greece over the years and I found Lemnos a very quiet island. There are few tourist attractions (the most notable being the beautiful archaeological sites and Myrina Castle) and in June there were few tourists which made things VERY peaceful, maybe too much for some people... though obviously July and August will be very different. This is clearly not an island to go to for nightlife or lots of activities. There are many lovely beaches - most deserted and some with excellent, stylish facilities. The standard of food and wine were fantastic and excellent value for money and we found so many lovely tavernas and ouzeries, both in Myrina and in the small villages on the coast and inland. All in all, a great place to relax and unwind... and put on a few kilos!

The rooms are spacious. It is extremely clean. The host speaks English and was very helpful and friendly.

Situated 600 metres from Romeikos Gialos Beach, Kale Alti residences offers air-conditioned accommodation with a patio. Excellent location, beautyful house with a very nice view. Five minutes walk to the beach and restaurants. Very helpful and welcoming host. We’ll definetly come back!

Location is very good - walking distance from the center, close to a Lidl supermarket and close to the beach. Availability of a easy to access parking space. Internet connectivity is excellent.

Theros Apartments, a property with a terrace, is set in Mirina, less than 1 km from Richa Nera Beach, 2.4 km from Avlonas Beach, as well as 500 metres from Archaeological Museum of Lemnos. The host was exceptional. She allowed me early access as the flight arrived earlier in the day, met me at the agreed upon time, showed me the layout and facilities. The location cannot be beat. In the heart of Myrina with easy access to the port and the Romeico. The apartment was spotless and balcony overlooking the castle. The kitchen was appropriated with a variety of coffees and tea. She also let me stay a few hours later as my flight was later that evening.

Jimmy's Crib is set in Moudhros, 16 km from Navy Traditional Museum, 18 km from Folklore Museum, as well as 28 km from Archaeological Museum of Lemnos. Everything was perfect. Maria is a great host.
