They will contact you (if you haven't already) before you arrive to know your expected arrival time so they can be sure to be there. and give directions. Exceptionally neat and clean.

The condo was very comfortable and the only sound I heard was the crashing of the ocean waves. Beach towels and chairs were available for use. The wi-fi worked well and Netflix was available although I didn't use it as the ocean was all I needed.
