We had a great stay at Rutland West, we came for a couple of days to escape after we got married and it was just the perfect retreat. We actually stayed in a much more expensive place the night of the wedding but we had a much better stay when we came here. Debbie and Chris were so warm and welcoming, breakfast was fab and the room was clean. The B&B was perfectly located for exploring Filey and the beach.

Alison, Jim and Jackson are a joy, you are looked after like a member of the family. The rooms are clean, comfy and you have everything you need to make your stay lovely. There is parking so the stress of going out for day is eliminated as you can park on return. The guest house is well placed to see Filey and within walking distance of the town. Breakfast is exceptional with always a little extra. Would fully recommend this little gem A +

From arriving to leaving was lovely breakfast was fantastic rooms infact the whole place was spotless. Our hosts were brilliant. Everything we needed in the area was just a few mins away.

Could not ask for better hosts. Breakfast gets a 10 although would liked to have had a mushroom or two.

Clean, nicely decorated rooms, with a built-in fan with light overhead, very appreciated. Nice owners! Good locale.

We had an excellent stay at Orchard Lodge. The hosts could not have been more welcoming and helpful. We arrived tired and with wet boots and jackets and everything was quickly sorted, cake and tea was on the table. Bliss. A lovely quiet room and ten hours sleep and we were fully ready to tackle another day on the trail.
