Very close to the airport (host sent a super helpful video to show us how to get there, 3-4 minutes walk), little garden attached with furniture to sit outside for a picnic if needed, spacious, comfortable, well-stocked (!) kitchen, nicely furnished (modern, clean design, yet homey and functional), could easily have stayed several nights instead of just one. Air condition available in both bedroom and living room, which helped tremendously with the heat & we were provided with mosquito repellents of all sorts, nets on all windows etc. - apparently very effective, as we barely noticed the mosquitoes (except when walking around outside). Wifi was also available, host very nice - an excellent 1-night stay.

Great location, near the airport (around 15min walk). I've arrived little bit late but the host was waiting for me. Room with a very large and confortable bed. Good area. Free water at arrival, very nice touch. Bath area very good with good pressure and water temperature. The breakfast is chosen at checking, you pick from a list what you want to have and in the next morning, you get your breakfast in the room and it has a large variety to choose from. Everything was very clean. Despite the proximity of the airport, we couldnt hear nothing, is was very silent. I recomend without a question this place. Just a curiosity, Pisa Leaning Tower is less than 30min walk.

It was priced very economically, yet was nice. The owner does not reside on-site so breakfast is do-it-yourself using high-quality packaged pastries, a refrigerator filled with juices, yogurts, etc., and a Nespresso machine. The owner and her family went the extra distance to meet me at the airport and help me lug my bike box and roller bag to the property, and also help me return to the airport the next morning (the routine appears to be that the owner arrives on site mid-morning). They were very nice and accomodating, highly recommended if you need to stay near the Pisa airport and do not need fancy accomodations. The property is a converted house and appears to consist of 3 rooms for guests, and a common room + kitchen (which guests can utilize -- including the pots & pans, etc). NOTE: It seemed that my room and at least one of the other two rooms shared a bathroom. There may also be another room with its own bathroom but I cannot confirm that.

In advance of our trip the communication with our host, Michele was excellent. He met us at the airport and wheeled our 20kg bag to the accommodation! The location was so convenient, halfway between the airport and Pisa Centrale train station. Our room and bathroom were spotlessly clean. Having breakfast included was a nice extra. I highly recommend Aurora BnB.
