The atmosphere of this place is amazing. We really loved our stay here. We stayed in room number 4, out of the 8 available rooms located in this big house. Clean, tidy, cozy. Breakfast is good, however fresh vegetables were only available on the first morning. That was a little bit disappointing. The rooms are very nice. You can reach the centre of Zakopane in 14 minutes by car, around 35 minutes to the parking lot from where you can hike up to Morskie Oko. Bachledka treetop walk is also very close.

The best thing was how the owners handled our complaint. First we didn't get the room we wanted, but after the first night we were able to change rooms. The owners were very nice and helpful. The house is located on the hillside and our room had an amazing view on the Tatra mountains. It was cozy and clean, we always had hot water, heating and good wifi.

We had a very nice stay in late July. Our deluxe room had a fridge, coffee maker, electric kettle and tv. The room was spacious and we had an amazing view of the Tatras from our balcony. We were traveling with our dog and this was not a problem at all! The national park does not allow dogs except on one trail, so if you are interested in hiking, you'll need to drive to the Slolvakian side. The family who runs the place was extremely nice and helpful. They are currently adding on three more rooms and we look forward to staying there again in the future.

Everything was super!!They upgraded us to the best room with the best view after our request and they did it for free!The view was breathtaking!Dorotka was always helpful and kind as was Oksana,too.The breakfast was very nice!Clean, perfect room, the beds are so comfy,they have everything!Piotr kindly proposed to take us to Krakow by his car in order to avoid bus, and he was very helpfull as well!We felt like home in Panorama Premium!I recomment 100%!!!!!!

Julia and her mother were such a lovely hostess! They provide with detail instructions of the checkin process (I arrived late), and was always fast with any queries. The customer services provided were exceptional! The house have all the basic necessities (except bath soap) but it is complete, comfortable and definitely clean.
