David and Lindsey were stars ⭐️ We arrived by train which was delayed and they still fetched us. It was raining on the one day so they suggested a lovely nearby book barn with 1000s of books and dropped us off and fetched us. We were fed a lovely continental breakfast with poached eggs if we wanted to start the day. We ate at the local pub on both nights. Another train strike occurred on the day we left so they helped us find National Express tickets and again gave us a lift to Nuneaton The room and setting were just beautiful.

Bill was an exceptional host. Although the rooms are up stairs he was there to carry the bags up. Very helpful with a map and a hot drink of you choice after arrival, to explain the town, restaurants etc. A wonderful cooked breakfast next morning.. Very happy.

Room was large and cosy, clean, nice shower. Widest variety of tea, coffee and hot chocolate I've had in a room. Breakfast was generous and delicious with many options including a hot full English freshly cooked for you. Tamara was a kind and thoughtful host, checking in with all the guests, you can see she really takes pride in running this lovely place. Location is also good, just a few mins walk to the town centre and not too far away from the train station. Would definitely come back to stay if I'm in town again.

The rooms were tastefully decorated and the Breakfast fabulous! Plenty of local good and fresque produits! We already miss her!
