With a seafront location, the East Beach Guest House is situated in the seaside town of Littlehampton. Mark and Richard are delightful!! and they ensure your stay is top notch. Our room was exceptional, with all the details you’d expect from a 5 star hotel—the bed, the linens, and a deliciously balanced breakfast. We loved all the tips they shared on the area as well…super helpful tour guides!!

Facing the beachfront in Pagham, 18 Ledra Drive features a garden and a terrace, and a free private parking. At the guest house, all rooms come with a wardrobe. Pagham Getaways exceeded our expectation. We stayed in room 2 which was a decent size double room with an amazing bath, supplied with bubble bath to use as needed. The added touches like tea and coffee making in the room is so simple but really made our stay! The location of the house is perfect, over looking the beach and not to far from the local amenities which are easy to access by a short walk. We has such a quiet and peaceful stay at Pagham Getaways and although we were not the only guests in the accommodation, we did not notice we were not alone. We only booked to stay one night due to other plans however we would have happily stayed longer. Rosie popped by on the Saturday morning and was very friendly and welcoming, was happy to stand and talk to us! Would definitely be coming back here, we have already looked to book up again early next year and thinking of booking later in the year to really enjoy the use of the beach right on the door step.

The room was really spacious and clean with our own private garden terrace. Jane was a great host and was really accommodating and super friendly!! There was a choice of two breakfast options as well. A continental which was delivered to your room, or a cooked breakfast for additional money but it was well worth it! Great stay and would highly recommend!

The place is really cozy and peaceful sourrounded nature. We enjoyed watching the birds outside whilst having an extensive breakfast inside. Debbie thought of everything and we didn't miss anything. Debbie is a really friendly and attentive host. We liked our stay very much! If we could and didn't have to work the next day we would like to stay even longer! We would highly recommend this to anybody for a quick getaway or break.

There was a pub and shop within walking distance, which was very handy. Thank you Sarah & Steve! Look forward to returning in the near future!.
