The location was so refreshing after the first part of our vacation was visiting cities. Everything was so clean and we were able to do our laundry. We loved looking out the front door and seeing the mountains right there. The area is full of great activities and sight seeing. The house was perfect for my family to relax and be comfortable. The kitchen had everything we needed to make meals. Our hosts were so kind and helpful.

excellent spacious apartment located in Golling, great view into surrounding mountains. land lady is living upstairs and she was very helpful, provided extra info we needed , bought us some produces ahead for first day since it was Sunday and supermarket was closed. communicated via whatsapp the location is super for exploring the Austrian Salzburg alps area - most nature attractions were within less than 1H drive. beds were very comfortable. Kitchen had everything we needed. You get a Golling guest card - you can drive bus/train to Salzburg for free with it, and also get free parking for Bluntautalsee - don't miss this lake / nature hike!

The apartment was very spacious and comfortable. It's located on the top floor of the family home and has its own entrance and parking area. We appreciated having our own kitchen and living room in which to cook and relax. The primary bedroom is quite large and contains the toilet and shower for the apartment. There is a smaller bedroom with a full-size bed as well. The home is in a very quiet location next to the river- it was pleasant to go to sleep listening to the water and the cows' bells. Our hosts were very kind and helpful, giving us suggestions on what to do and where to go. They also provided us with a travel card for the area, which allowed us to use the very convenient regional train into Salzburg.

Our room was suitable for a long term stay and it had a mini fridge. Our hostess endearing and really made us feel welcome. The supper in their restaurant was truly outstanding, and they had an English menu for us. They are known far and wide for their 5 weeks of serving venison and deer during the season. We were served breakfast and it too exceeded our expectations. It was very close to the falls.

The view is great and it's located right across an small old medieval castle, which you can visit.
