We were greeted by a nice receptionist, who gave us all the necessary info. The property was located right at the center of Neustift, with grocery stores, ski equipement rentals, sport stores, 2 or 3 restaurants within walking distance. The apartment was clean, very nice, fully equipped, perfect. As for the hotel area, which is about 3 minute walk from the apartment, they served excellent breakfast and the restaurant area was very nice and cozy. We didn't try dinner at the hotel, but I assume it would be very good too. Wellness and saunas area was also very nice. There were fruits & snacks available to fill up your energy after taking sauna. There is a beautiful relaxing room with a view on the garden and we could also enjoy resting outside, in the garden. We really enjoyed our stay at the apartments & the hotel.

Rarely have we rented a holiday home that was so well equipped and exceptionally well organized. The possibility to order fresh buns and bread every morning for breakfast was awesome. The vicinity of the apartment to the ski bus stop was also very good as we parked our car and did not use it the entire week to go to the ski resort. All in all a great apartment and I would be happy to go there again
