We have visited Bruges 4 times and by far this was our best experience! Guesthouse Mirabel exceeded our expectations! We received a very warm reception from our hostess, Agna, a to include a warm beverage (perfect for the cool/rainy day). She gave us a very thorough orientation of the house as well as the city. The newly renovated accommodations were impeccably clean, very comfortable, spacious with much thought given to every detail-the elegant decor, wonderful/homemade to order breakfast, readily available water/coffee machines. The rooms were by far one of the largest we have seen in Europe with bath tub and shower, a/c and heater, elevator (or stairs if you need to work off the Belgian waffles/chocolate & beer). The hotel was a couple minutes walk to the city center, parking was available within a few minutes walk (the hostess provided us with detailed information about parking prior to our arrival), shops/restaurants/cafes are located right around the corner! Also, the house was very quiet, so much so that we were able to open the window at night to enjoy the cool spring evenings.

The apartment was spacious, very comfortable including the beds and in a great location. The staff were wonderful, their customer service was first class when we had an issue with guests in another apartment. Would happily stay here again if the opportunity arises.

Sara and Klaas made us feel at home instantly. The bathroom is like those in magazines. Spotless clean, warm calming colours and well lit. The bedroom was cozy and super comfortable. Small family owned B&B, has a beautiful boutique feel and the owners will proudly tell you that it was decorated by their daughter in law using many local vendors. Comfortable beds with locally made bedding. An amazing breakfast (get the breakfast) which included local cheeses and juice made from fruits they grew on site. I would recommend this site to anyone visiting!
