The room was huge- it was a suite with comfy sofas. The bed was super comfy and when I asked for a cup of tea I was presented with a beautiful tray with china teapot and a slice of cake. It really was the hosts that made the stay wonderful- so kind and friendly. The breakfast was delicious too

La casa combina su antigüedad con la calidez de su decoración. A la vez es confortable. Un buen desayuno hecho en momento para cada huésped. Pero sobretodo queremos destacar la amabilidad de Gloria, la dueña, que te trata como de la familia a la vez que respeta tu independencia, ofreciéndose para lo que necesites. En nuestro caso, teníamos contratada una excursión para ver ballenas al dia siguiente de nuestra llegada, pero el tiempo fue complicandose. Como nuestro inglés no es muy bueno, ella llamó a la compañía para informarse. Al día siguiente volvió a llamar y tras confirmar que se había cancelado ese día gestionó que pudiésemos ir en la primera salida del día que nos marchábamos para que pudiéramos llegar de día a nuestro siguiente destino. No sólo eso, sino que nos preparó ella misma un desayuno a las siete de la mañana cuando la hora normal es a partir de las ocho. Muchas gracias Gloria por todo. Una pena que vivamos tan lejos.

The private area behind was lovely. The Dome was neat but could use a small table by the mirror for function. The front view was of other people's trailers, so we kept that part closed; it would have been amazing if it faced the opposite direction into the woods. There was a beautiful trail with a bridge over the water only a short walk from our dome. I loved the twinkle lights.

Harbourview Inn is nestled between the Annapolis Basin and the Digby County Bike Trail. You walk outside and are in a seashore heaven. The rooms are comfortable and modernized. Guests have access to an excellent, 25-meter outdoor swimming pool plus tennis and shuffle-board courts. Greg and Belinda go out of their way to make your stay as pleasant as possible. Breakfast is delicious. The trailhead for the Clementsport Waterfall is only a few minutes away by car, and of course all the Bay of Fundy activities are also available nearby.

We thoroughly enjoyed the remote, private, and rustic setting of the Mare Gold Centre. The Juniper Cabin in which we stayed was clean and comfortable with a private deck, bathroom/shower, wood-burning stove for the winter, and books to cozy up in a rocking chair and read. The kitchen is set up with a two-burner cook top, toaster oven, coffee maker, pots, pans, dishes, utensils, etc. Not having been to the Mare Gold Centre before, and perhaps not having sufficiently done our research on it, we did not realize that the nearest stores and restaurants are about 20 minutes away. But a quick run to the market before it closed at 6 p.m. provided us with coffee and everything else we needed to cook our own meals for the rest of our stay. We enjoyed exploring the grounds and seeing the other cabins, some still being built, tucked away in private places. Enough cannot be said about the craftmanship and detail of these cabins and outlying structures, which is quite incredible! The ship deck quickly became our favorite spot to view the water.

Beautiful bio-farm, super friendly staff. Accommodations real nice and comfortable beds. Very clean. Grazing cows, pigs and chickens. Very clean community kitchen and optional farm tour. We enjoyed it very much and hope to re-visit again. A great experience for all including kids.
