The moment we walked in we were greeted with a smile and friendliness. For such an old house the amount of work done to it by its owner is outstanding! I loved that for such an old house it had everything we needed and nothing looked or felt dilapidated.

It was close to the facilities I was required to use while I was there. The neighbourhood was quiet. We stayed in the basement apartment, which had an outside door entrance. The bathroom was very nice, bed was comfortable. We stayed for 3 nights so having a fridge, stove and microwave were great. It was very bright and clean inside. Having a parking space was also very helpful.

The location was perfect because I was visiting my niece who lived close by on the same street. It was very convenient as we didn't have our own transport, relying on my niece to take us out. The hosts were great, very friendly and helpful, showing us how to use the TV and setting up the WIFI for us. We would recommend this room to anyone visiting Guelph.
