Clean apartment with all necessary equipment, we were welcomed warmly. We got guest card that allowed free public transportation between Grainau, lake Eibsee and Ga-Pa as well other discounts in the region. So it makes sense to travel to Eibsee with the train to avoid traffic and paid parking. There were beers and other beverages available for a reasonable price, also option for getting bread in the morning delivered to the room (not included to accomodation price) was a nice touch. Parking space right next to the house. We have enjoyed our stay!

The rooms are quite welcoming, everything it’s renovated in a modern style and nicely decorated. We also got a free upgrade of the room which was quite nice from the hosts.
