Yes, it was very easy and the information given by the host was accurate. The way was super convenient as we arrived quite late and the fact that we could enter the property without disturbing anyone during our late night arrival was really nice. Everything was arranged for us, and the sofa bed in the living room is very comfortable, and the kitchen has all the equipment we need. As we travel on business, the clothes iron was of great help

Especially I liked the big space in the rooms that is very confortable for sleeping. Near the accomodation was located a local supermarket that is really very convinient.

Bert and Sabine are great hosts and we were greeted so nicely and the place itself has everything you need and is very clean. Bert's "smoking" cellar is tremendous, with on tap Einbecker (the local beer) it was so nice sharing a couple beers with Bert as well as his wife Sabine. We needed to use an iron to press our shirts and their laundry room in the basement was at our disposal, it is spacious and we didn't bother anyone during the night since it is in the basement. Host, facilities, cleanliness, comfort, value for money, location all these get ten points from me. The location is superb. It is very easy to find and since this is at the Theaterstrasse, you can expect that you got the best address. Usman, the host is very helpful and always available to answer our questions. The property is really true to its name. It is newly renovated. The entrance doesn´t match the inside of the flat. Everything is very clean and the place is very quiet. The beds and the shower are really superb. There is a non-stop supply of hot water. Towels are absorbent and good, too. The first property with FRESH FLOWERS! They really made me smile. The WIFI is also very strong.
