The location is perfect close to the main station. Although the building is old with no elevator (luggage), the interiors are new, calm vibes & clean. The apartment was tastefully decorated and well equipped. It has access to the back garden. There were snacks and pasta as well! The owner was very responsive to all our needs and helpful.

First of all, the reception. This was done by WhatsApp and a lovely woman by entering the apartment. The location was fab, and the balcony was really cute. Especially because we were able to watch September's last supermoon. The apartment had everything we needed (family friendly). we had a 5 y/o with us, and it was really clean. If we'd ever needed a place within the area, we would most likely book the apartment again.

Arrival at the desired time. The apartment is just perfect and everything is very charming and well thought out. Very spacious and functional, very clean, very well equipped, tastefully decorated and very well located (13 minutes walk from the center and there is also the tram right in front if you don't want to walk). We feel that the owner does everything to ensure that we have a pleasant stay. Also, everything is carefully planned and beyond what one could hope to find there ! (including coffee & teas, fruit, cakes, sweets, toilet paper, paper towels, bathrobes but I don't want to say everything). Otherwise, it was very quiet and the bedding was oh so comfortable ! Also worth highlighting: this small terrace, so nicely furnished and out of sight. We are already dreaming of returning there and so we have found our place to stay as pleasantly as possible in Krefeld !!! For parking, we immediately found a legal and free space just in front, as was announced. And the neighborhood is very safe so no worries. Some very good addresses in the center at 10/20 minutes from the apartment: 1) The famous vegetarian restaurant : Die Fette Beete (Diessemer strasse 166) ; 2) A really great bar, very nice for its atmosphere and delicious cocktails : Café Gr. (Stephanstrasse 56) ; 3) ExtraBlatt : good quality in this big restaurant from a well-known chain in Germany, with lots of choice at all levels, which also does breakfast buffets and their opening hours are wide (Neumarkt 8).
