The apartment is very central, approximately 2-3 min from the central area. There are a lot of shops around. It has a lot of light and was very clean. The sofa couch is huge and comfortable, amazing for a movie night after a long day outside. The bed is comfortable and the bathroom is spacious. It is well decorated and well equiped. There were some previous comments saying that the apartment doesn't have a coffee machine or cooking utensils, which is not the case anymore. There was a coffee machine and many cooking utensils and pans available. The communication with the host was very convenient and the check-in / check-out process was smooth. We definitely recommend it!!

Host and Hostess were excellent. The breakfast was wonderful and the garden view from the bedroom and sitting area was excellent. It felt like I was at a retreat so peaceful and calm. I would definitely go back.

The location was right in the centre of Caen. Very close to boutique shops and fabulous restaurants, (our host recommended a lovely Restraunt within walking distance, which was superb). There was parking outside the property which was extremely reasonable. The rooms were spacious, spotless and actually quite breathtaking. We will definitely re book in the future.

The flat was attractively decorated in a modern style and very well equipped for self-catering. The veranda overlooking the courtyard made breakfasting a pleasure. Manon was helpful in explaining by telephone and WhatsApp how to use the fob key ( a type I had never come across) to gain entry from the street on our arrival.
