Proximity to services: ideal. The flat is just so cute, practical and clean. Very warm and properly insulated too (it was 2 degrees outside). Easy to get into. Ground floor. Nice room with separate washroom and kitchen; as we were the only guests we had a lot of space. As we had bycicles (EuroVelo 19 Meuse) the garage was a very safe place to store them; we appriciated this service very much! Communication with owner was very good.
