The rooms were immaculate and the bed supremely comfortable. There was air-conditioning in the bedroom and it had shutters at the patio doors which, for light sleepers, like us meant we had an excellent and quiet nights sleep. Breakfast was served on the veranda downstairs and included absolutely delicious homemade preserves and the most amazing croissants and breads. Our hosts were so welcoming and helpful. We had a wonderful 5 days in Menton. The Fabrique a Poupees was close to the old town and the beaches - we'll be back to stay there again.

Our communication with the hosts was fantastic. The villa's location is excellent. The villa itself is very nice, well kept, very comfortable for a family of 5. This is alittle holiday home, we had everything we needed for the 3 days we spent there. Kitchen has got microwave oven, coffee machine, cutleries etc. Bed is comfortable, there is even a little balcony. Owner and cleaner does not speak English, so needed the google translator to communicate in French.

The villa is in perfect condition, beautifully decorated, and very well equipped. Outdoor spa, sun beds, gas grill, everything in household appliances, nice kitchen, internet, tv's, and so on. You could live there for quite a while without missing anything. The views are simply fantastic. We enjoyed walking down to the beach front in the morning to jog to Italy and back, and bring back fresh bread for breakfast.

Walking upto and along the boulevard is nearby and gives a real feel of this beautiful town. There is a nearby small swimming beach that we used for early morning and evening swims. Nearby bus stop very useful if it's too hot to walk to and from town or to visit the next towns along the coast. We enjoyed the rooftop solarium with tub for cooling down in. The flat was fine, the kitchen new and well equipped.
