Location - just yards from the main square and amazing restaurants. We received such a warm welcome, and our hosts, Herve and Franck went the extra mile on so many levels - from homemade kiwi and apple marmalade with breakfast, to helping us navigate the French police system when we got our car towed! But I have to mention the art and decor too - we just felt like we were stepping back into french time with wonderful wooden floorboards and staircase, and surrounding by inspiring and actually comforting art works. We will return.

Would definitely recommend staying at La Jardin Secret if you want a lovely base to explore St. Omer and its surroundings. It is a beautifully presented, comfortable and well- equipped house in a pretty residential area of St. Omer. Conveniently located. Kheira and David were very helpful and welcoming.
