Such a lovely place. Full of character in super gardens. The gardens are shared with the property next door but still felt wonderfully private and quiet. Amazing location in the centre of the village - walking distance to pubs and shop. Easy bus ride into Henley. Really well equipped and comfortable - I hope we can come back sometime!

The property was fitted out to a high spec and as a result was extremely comfortable to stay in. It has all the mod cons you would expect when renting a property and that made it a pleasure to reside in. The communication from Emily and the team was exceptional and the check in/out instructions were simples and easy to follow. The location could not be better as it is only a short walk to the centre of town so you are in the heart of Henley on Thames. There is a dedicated, secure parking space fo 1 car but there is also a long stay car park nearby that we could use for our remaining vehicles. I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again or recommend it highly enough.

The building oozes character and is in an exceptionally quaint village (apparently it’s been on midsummer murders) think tweed, flagstones, panelling and William Morris wallpaper, our room was clean and beautifully decorated. Despite what we read in some trip advisor reviews the staff were friendly, helpful and chatty, the food was good quality pub grub. We will certainly go back again if we are in the area and would recommend it to friends.
