We were provided with an upgrade free of charge, the flat was clean and had a high end and professional finish, such a lovely place to stay in, had a big TV, free tea, coffee, milk and biscuits. A nice kitchen, bedrooms and bathroom, Would definitely stay again, was traveling back from a three week trip to hajj and needed a break before driving up north after landing in heathrow, a nice end to an amazing trip. Between January and February I stayed at this delightful apartment on two separate occasions, my third stay in less than a year. For me, it has become a home away from home, with a good-sized kitchen, comfortable bedroom, nice shower room and nice living spaces. The host is accommodating and willing to assist with complicated logistics (for me personally entailing intercontinental travel and drastic changes in temperature from tropical to cold winter even at this time of year). Nowadays some health challenges prevent me from staying in hotel rooms and eating cold food. I must cook all of my own food and for me staying in an apartment with a fully functioning kitchen is worth the extra cost when compared to a cold and drab hotel room. There is an array of shops and coffee shops within walking distance of the apartment and the metro station is barely 5 minutes away. Happy to recommend this place for its many highlights.

Best Stay ever in London . Economical and fairly Priced. VERA the lady at reception was Simply Amazing and made us feel quite comfortable. She not only settled the goof up by booking.com but arranged us the room with extra bed. Staff in Kitchen was Excellent and the Continental breakfast was awesome. 4 mins walk from Hounslow West station. Would love to stay every time. Cleanliness, comfort, garden sitting area all too good. 👍 Regards Vikram
