Myroom[s] were outstanding - spacious, inviting, and beautifully appointed, with a balcony and outside setting from which to enjoy the River Teme below and watch the duck surf under the arches of the old stone bridge. Wonderful.

Every detail was taken care of, down to some milk in the fridge, and facecloths (not commonly used in the UK!). The rooms were spacious and beautifully decorated and furnished.

Nice location. Spacious living area and the kitchen was well stocked with equipement. After initially getting the wrong appartment, we were quickly relocated to the right appartment. The customer service was excellent, thank you Helen and Seb. After settling into Stables No. 1, we really enjoyed our stay. The location was great, very near to a Sainsbury and also Ludlow town. It was also close to nearby relatives in Whitton, who we were here to see and celebrate a family occasion with. The grounds were very pleasant to stroll around. The river walk was resplendant with daffodils and narcissus. And in the morning the dawn chorus was lovely to hear. It was very peaceful. We had a furry friend stay for two of the three night stay, Finbar the Irish Terrier. The property is dog friendly, which was an added bonus for our family who joined us from Devon.

What a gem this place is. Small and perfectly formed, an open plan living room/kitchen with everything we needed to be comfortable. The bed in the separate bedroom was comfortable and the location was excellent - out of town to be quiet, but an easy 20 minute walk to the centre of this beautiful town. Hosts friendly and checked we had all we needed. Shower was good pressure.

This is a lovely guesthouse with beautiful rooms, large very comfy beds and convenient parking at the front. The owner is lovely and made every effort to ensure we had a great stay including providing breakfast at short notice. He gave us tips for trips in the area as well as places to eat as availability is limited on a Monday. Breakfast is served in a peaceful room with lovely views. It is clear that the owners have experience as they had thought of all the small but important details such as decent toilet paper, tissues in the bedroom, a mini fridge with water and fresh milk, a range of different teas and a tray to put shoes on. A short, pleasant walk takes you into the lovely town of Ludlow. Perfect!
