The apartment was really big and comfortable. In the kitchenware there was everything you might need to prepare your meal. There were extra bedsheets, towels, toilet paper and honestly we stayed one week and didn’t lack anything. The owner was really polite and helpful, so any time we had any demands or questions he was always being really supportive. Close to the beach, to restaurants, stores and everything around it. Definitely recommend to stay, worth for the money and the whole experience.

I had a lovely stay. The appartement had everything one could need, even a washing machine. It was tastefully decorated, top renovated, super clean, big rooms and bathroom and a feeling of modern luxury. Even some sweet details were added, like complimentary wine and sweets and other cute details in the room. Everything worked out great and the owner was very nice and helpful via text. There is no reception but it didn't bother me. The balcony was stunning, with entrance both from the kitchen and the bedroom and view over the light blue Ixia beach and sea. Beautiful sunsets. I think Ixia is the best location in Rhodos with all the 4-5 star hotels and the beautiful beach. There are also some amazing restaurants and bars. There is a small supermarket just beside. There is no pool but there are pools around in other hotels that may be used If you eat or have drinks there. Also the price when I booked in high season was great compared to other hotels in the area.

Perfect location, very close to restaurants and super markets. We loved the balcony with the sea view. The bus station was just under the apartment and that makes easy the way to the airport and downtown. Clean and comfortable, just what we wanted!

The apartment was very clean and comfortable, had a huge balcony with a really nice view. The location was very convenient because it was close to the airport and to the main city also the neighborhood had everything nearby and the sea was across the apartment. The property was decorated to the highest standard and the facilities were superb. We particularly liked the fitted ktchen as well as condiments provided. The wine and the sweets on arrival were very welcome. The ensuite bathrooms in both bedrooms were very good indeed. The outside area with the jacuzzi were lovely and the view of the sea was very beautiful. We did not hire a car but taxis were cheap and plentiful. We went to the Old Town several times and it was truly awesome. Everyone we encountered was friendly and helpful. We plan to return very soon.
