Our hosts met with us even before we parked the car. They were very nice and helpful. Helped us check in the house; asked us if we need anything and even answered in full detail all the questions I asked about nearby beaches, Paxi and Antipaxi islands. The house had everything we needed, even a very nice swimming pool which our teenager sons loved. The house had two bedrooms, two bathrooms and a large living room with a kitchen. It was a great pleasure to stay there. Tzeni brought us great delicacies that she herself cooked and we loved them. She even gave us marmalades and olives that she herself made. Thanks so much for everything. If we ever come back, we will definitely stay here again. Because Elaionas Estate Perdika is definitely a home away from home...

Everything was amazing! The view was exceptional and the rooms were designed so that you were able to enjoy it even from the comfort of the bed. The rooms were very clean and had all the facilities needed for a comfortable stay. In addition, the breakfast buffet was outstanding! The staff were very polite, discreet and accommodating. The combination of the architectural design, the surrounding area and the staff made you feel very relaxed and right at home.

There is a very nice beach on a 15-minute drive by car with sun beds and umbrellas. Our host Georgious was extremely kind. He brought us fresh bakery and juice, since we arrived very late in the previous evening. The swimming pool is super clean with comfortable sun beds and shower. Great location , not far from the beach and half way to both Sivota or Parga. Just 8 minutes to the village drive. Rooms are clean and with small or bigger balconies that have excellent view of the sea/bay. Free parking at the property is a plus!!! Quiet and safe area and private property. It was a very relaxing short holiday period for us and family friendly.
