The location was superb, well located in the old town but an easy wonder to the harbour and new town. The hot tub and great breakfast were a definite plus! The room and terrace were spotless. The highlight though was our host Jurgen. He met us late to guide us to the accommodation from the nearest gate and gave us great suggestions on places to eat. His friendliness, helpfulness and professionalism made this property one I will be returning to and recommending to others.

Our suit was newly built and we were the first ones to stay. It was very clean, spacious, well equipped and walking distance to all areas in old town. The breakfast is served to your room at your desired time 🙂 and it was a real delight suitable to all diets. Both Giannis and Efi are great hosts, their kindness and hospitality are worth to highlight. We really enjoyed our time in Utopia, certainly will visit again. Many thanks.

Apartment was amazing, room was nice and clean, bathroom as well (property is equipped with their own system of water heating via solar power so hot water was always available in unlimited quantities), and apartment is equipped with washing machine which was great option to have. Windows have mosquito net, and beds were very comfortable. We even asked the host to provide us with different, harder pillows since the soft ones are not to our liking, and we got them right away. Hosts were very exceptional and ready to help us with any question related to local places to eat/visit, as well to provide any information we needed.

Pool felt like a private pool since only two other “appartments” could use it. Stayed with four people, so we had to use the sofa bed. Was surprisingly comfortable and big enough. Host was also very kind and extremely welcoming! Would definitely stay again.

You can create a story in your head as you walk over the cobbles, under arches and by plentiful cafes. We absolutely loved our stay. We hired an 'Elephant' car from the port so that we could visit beaches and hill top villages. The owner was very considerate and reduced the emergency lighting to very low so that it bothered no one. A magical return visit.
