The owners of this property are very welcoming and take extra steps to be helpful. They run the restaurant to which the accommodation is attached and the food there is excellent.This was a good area to stay to visit Split if you are driving. It is easy to just leave your car there and get the local bus into the city. Krilo is small but has a lovely beach with a bar. For breakfast, we picked up warm pastries at the supermarket and took them to have with our coffee.

The hosts are a very kind married couple, always ready to help, advise or do something for you. They also prepared dinner for the guests of the apartment, which is really a wonderful gesture. Of course, wine from their own production was served with dinner. My family enjoyed this vacation and we look forward to our return next year.
