The lady at check in was really nice and friendly, the guy at check out not so much. The villa is 5 minutes walking from Lake Balaton, not at the lake, how it is advertised. Looks like they are building a pool, which would be a nice addition, for the price payed. The breakfast room is a separate building from the main location; if rains (like it happened to us) you get soaking wet to and from the breakfast room.EEnikoFamily with young children
