Underrated! Most people here complained and gave bad rating because of extra bills. That's actually a good thing about this property as it allowed us to save. Great area, famous beautiful beach. There are tennis and basketball courts in the park. Very secure. The house has so many extras like board games, TV, tennis rackets, basketball, washer dryer, dishwasher. Lots of nice chairs and design. Lots of utensils and plates. Property is totally underrated.

In many ways the property was ideal for a short family holiday break - in the summer. It was roomy and the rooms were well furnished and clean. The property manager was very responsive and helpful.

Location exactly where we wanted it. Lovely grounds and friendly family. Privacy guaranteed. Anything we asked for was given to us immediately. Really liked the patio.

Alan & Sharon's apartment was great. Cosy, clean, secure & very private. The location was perfect for Wicklow Town, Greystones, Bray & even a train trip to Dublin. Would highly recommend & will definitely be back next time we are in Ireland. Thanks Alan & Sharon.

Easy access by car, clean room with small nice seating area outside. Nice big bathtub, very relaxing. Great breakfast, had an omelet cooked to order very good taste and fluffy texture. Stayed only 1 night but left very well rested and happy with our short stay.
