Eileen was superb and helpful. She drove us to and from dinner; did my laundry; provided afternoon tea and cookies; helped me get a medical appointment; and she knows all there is to know about Valentia. The location was just what I needed. Peaceful, serene, and gorgeous. I planned to stay for 3 nights but stayed for 5. My bicycle was kept safely in the shed. It is difficult to leave.

Set in Valentia Island in the Kerry region, Cosy cottage at the sea has a garden. The property features garden and quiet street views, and is 7.2 km from Skellig Experience Centre.

The house was very clean, and linens were soft and in excellent condition (comforters were not worn or "pilled"). The location was excellent -- beautiful view, sweet small yard and privacy around the house. Parking important, pull up right next to the house. Separate laundry room / utility area was wonderful (many houses have washer appliance located in the kitchen, which is a huge headache -- especially for families with children! Thank you for allowing us to stay in your lovely cottage!!

The house and facilities were amazing, every small detail thought of. Lovely, comfortable beds and bedding, really nice extras like a coffee machine, bbq and a gift on arrival. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend and we would love to return. Valentia Island is stunning, as is this property. Host replied promptly and courteously to any questions 😊

Wonderful view, quiet area, perfect equipment. Additional milk, butter and marmelade. The landlady gave as useful information and was always able to be reached.

    Staff was very friendly. Very responsive when texting and getting in touch. Lovely little place!
