Everything. It was a bright, spacious and quiet retreat from city life, yet not far from Galway city. The house was furnished and equipped to a high standard and was spotless. We especially liked the conservatory dining area with views of Galway bay. Siobhan was great to deal with and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We were just a couple, but the house could easily accommodate a family or up to 3 couples traveling together. Highly recommend the Uplands.

Geraldine is a kind host.My room was sparkling clean as well as the bathroom!She packed me a lovely breakfast cause could not eat at the morning due to my marathon in Connemara.The location is very handy,scienic route from Moycullen. Highly recommended!A1.

Beautiful House with a great vibe! We loved the simple, but modern & stylish design, it was well equipped with everything you could need, the communication with the owners was super nice - definitely would book it again! Great place also to explore Galway and Connemara! And the kids loved the lawn in the back to play and how close it was to walk to a beach!

We loved the location it was quiet, but close to good resturants. Our room was large as was our bathroom, and it was clean. Bed very comfortable. Nice livingroom/dinningroom to relax in.
