It was a proper guest house cum hotel room, everything was neat, well arranged before my arrival, clean washroom on top of that common kitchen with dining area. Hard to find these properties in such low pricing.

The property itself it’s a quiet place immersed into thousands of shades of green, it was great to wake up in such a peaceful environment. The room it’s simple, but it has anything you need. We never had problems with facilities like AC and hot water were always working. One thing I also enjoyed a lot is the balcony. The picture will talk :) The owners asked us many times if we needed anything, they are super friendly and you can tell they care a lot about customers. We were supposed to stay only one week and ended up being there for 3.. super recommended if you are looking for a handy, quiet place while enjoying Arambol

Everything about this place. New facility that's kept well. Has everything that one needs, and we really enjoyed it here. Hot shower, peace and quiet, good location, friendly owners, responsive to needs, pigs, and monkeys to entertain on rainy days. The one stove cooker was amazing, along with strength of wi-fi. Small wooden shacks in the second line from the beach in a great location for wandering around the village or beach.
