It was impeccably clean, beautifully decorated, and thoughtfully furnished with every amenity one could desire. The attention to detail was remarkable. Indran the caretaker such a humble person made our stay more memorable and he was a spot on, arranged every requirements we had during this stay. I have to search for words in Dictionary to tell about " Kalyani Homestay " in Kodiakanal. How can I tell about their Hospitality which they shown to us while we Stayed in this "Kalyani Homestay " It's Very Very Good. We reached this Kalyani Homestay in early hours i.e at around 2.30 am . They received us with out any difficulty and they Prepared a Tea/Coffee for us. As mentioned in the site , Break fast is free. Have to pay if you order for a Lunch / Dinner and for extra Tea / Coffee. Thanks to Ravi sir & his entire Family.

Check in - No issues with the checkin. The care taker and the owner were in regular touch with us and was able to get the check in done on time. Space - Private Parking available for cars and even a coach . Security - Gates and barred doors provide good security and it's covered with cctv cameras. Cleanliness - Toiletries are provided and sheets and towels are available on request. Additional beds and quilts are available for use. Other facilities - Kitchen available with full set of essential utensils along with electric kettle and gas stove. Heater was working full time so hot water available full time and the caretaker Selvam went over and beyond in providing great service. Camp fire facilities available on request and home made food available for BF and Dinner. Overall a great experience.

The staff is remarkably courteous, always wearing a smile, creating a homely atmosphere and remaining ready to assist throughout our stay. P.S.: Cloudwalk offers three different room types, all featuring the same view. I highly recommend the Heavenly Suite for couples, as it offers an awe-inspiring view of the misty landscape. Not to be overlooked is the Jewel Box view, providing moments to cherish and marvel at the beauty of nature!
