We had booked the apartment for 2 nights during our visit to Kumarakom for a medical conference. The apartment is located centrally and in close proximity to all major Kottayam spots. The hosts were very welcoming and their customer service was excellent. Rooms and bathrooms were well maintained and the stand out point was the outside courtyard. An ideal personal terrace. Very beautiful and quiet scenery, because the homestay is in the middle of the nature. Ajith and his family are the sweetest and most generous people and helped us with all our questions. One morning we did canoeing which was very nice in the surroundings of the homestay. The evening dinners and breakfast were cooked by Ajiths mother which were very tasty. Because we liked the atmosphere at the place so much we booked an additional night.

Neat, clean, spic and span flat. This flat is quite welcoming by above statement. Very close to Kottayam railway station its an ideal home stay for a big family. The balcony provides a pleasing panaromic view of the city. A self contained furnished flat gives you a feel of home away from home. Ideal location to access important places in Kottayam. The Property owner's personal visit to us made quite a difference.
