We had booked the apartment for 2 nights during our visit to Kumarakom for a medical conference. The apartment is located centrally and in close proximity to all major Kottayam spots. The hosts were very welcoming and their customer service was excellent. Rooms and bathrooms were well maintained and the stand out point was the outside courtyard. An ideal personal terrace. The breakfast provided by the hosts was also great. All in all it was a great stay. Shall return

Very beautiful and quiet scenery, because the homestay is in the middle of the nature. Ajith and his family are the sweetest and most generous people and helped us with all our questions. One morning we did canoeing which was very nice in the surroundings of the homestay. The evening dinners and breakfast were cooked by Ajiths mother which were very tasty. Because we liked the atmosphere at the place so much we booked an additional night.

The balcony provides a pleasing panaromic view of the city. A self contained furnished flat gives you a feel of home away from home. Ideal location to access important places in Kottayam. The Property owner's personal visit to us made quite a difference. He allowed 3 hrs of extended stay, was in itself a great gesture indicating his seriousness in the hospitality and comfortability for his guests. Thanks a lot Mr Ajith!! 🙏🎉

Highly recommended! In a crowded and sometimes noisy part of the world, this is a peaceful haven. Beautiful grounds and buildings. Very kind and helpful hosts, who together with their staff made this an excellent stay. I recommend having dinner there, and the ayurvedic massage.

We were in touch with Anand, who gave us clear directions to reach the property. Good value for money, considering that the apartment can accommodate up to seven guests in three double-bed rooms and a single-bed room. The apartment also has a furnished kitchen and a dining room. We'd love to stay here again, on our next visit to Kottayam.
