Mi è piaciuto tutto: la stanza spaziosa e pulita, con una bellissima vista, i materassi nuovi. E poi l'accoglienza dei proprietari, che ti trattano come uno di famiglia, per non parlare del cibo molto gustoso. Mi hanno anche accompagnato in auto alla stazione dei traghetti alla fine del mio soggiorno e Divya, la proprietaria, si è premurata di sapere se fossi arrivata sana e salva a destinazione. Sicuramente una delle migliori strutture della zona, con prezzi ragionevoli.

The staff were wonderful, with an excellent chef who fed us well! The bonus little walk they took us on was also very lovely. The views were lovely. It was relaxing and a great way to unwind and catch up with family

It was an awesome experience. The boat is well maintained and equipped with everything necessary and the staff was amazing. The chef cooked the best meals I have had in Kerala. It was extremely peaceful and fun. 10/10

Breakfast was typical of the region,so to the western palate was a bit strange but we soon got to like it. It was followed by Marsala omlette which was great. The chef Amal was always on hand to make lemon sodas or fresh orange juice which he did frequently as it was so hot Vaikash the manager was very helpful , even to the extent of filming the route into the village so we wouldn’t get lost The Heritage hotel is set down a side street and as soon as we were through the gate we left the sounds of people and traffic behind us It is a bit remote but for us that was the attraction. The village was a ten minute walk and the lake shore was a short Tuk Tuk ride away All four members of the staff went out of their way to make our stay as pleasant as possible The pool was well maintained and was a godsend in the hot weather We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will make a point of returning

The discription given in your website was inaccurate. No phone in the room. Cupboard was dirty and damaged. Could not close the doors. Flat screen TV was1 19 inches with ‘non- working remote. There was no “WiFi” available. Bath room with cigarette smell. Had to check out early.

The host was really polite and we had everything we need. The resort is right on the backwaters. Very nice experience.
