This place is so amazing! Great value for money. We took 2 rooms, which were connected with a cute little kitchen area. Each room had a door ofc. Not only the rooms are wonderful and cosy, but also Antonio (the owner) is very polite and friendly. We were greeted with a big smile and treats (fresh fruits/breakfast products and coffee). The design of this place is so beautiful! Everything was very clean and cosy, oww we even got the Netflix :P The location is cool too, it takes around 15-20 min to get to the city center by foot. It is a small one room apartment ideal for up to 4 people. Eva is a very friendly and helpful. She greeted us in front of the apartment enterance and lead us to the room. She explained everything perfectly and clearly, she even left some snacks! We had no issues during our stay. If we will come to Brescia in the future we will definetly stay in Eva's place again.

We have used this B&B more than once - the owner is lovely and the large suite is just fabulous. High ceilings, comfortable bed, the cleanest bathroom I have ever seen in a B&B! The breakfast was a lovely, with brioche, juice, coffee and a selection of nibbles like biscuits and muffins. The location is unbeatable and for the price this place can't be beaten!
