They gave us great suggestions for restaurants and extremely responsive. Happy hour at the garden was great to relax and have drinks. thank you to the management!

Location was about a 5 minute walk to train station. Room was updated, clean, and spacious. Bed was comfortable. Breakfast was excellent and delivered to your room at your requested time from 8-10am. We were able to store our luggage upon checkout since our train ride was in the afternoon. I would recommend this place.

Fantastic breakfast and very flexible times. Staff was helpful and very friendly. It is easy to get in touch with them, and they respond very quickly. We had the biggest room, and that is definitely amazing and spacious. Very close to city center and important sights. Easy to get around with public transportation.

It has a very comfortable bed and a well-equipped kitchen. In case you come by car, this can be parked safely inside the gate, which is very rare in Firenze. The tram stops nearby (for going to town, take the tram stop at the end of the foot path next to the villa) and takes you smoothly to the station near the old town.
