Valentina is a fantastic host, she helped me getting a taxi when I arrived at Lucca train station as no taxis were available on the We taxi app. She was available via WhatsApp what I appreciated so much. She gave me good recommendations for restaurants. As a local she a well of knowledge about Lucca, so ask away. Everything is so close. Everything is as shown or even better than the pictures.

The place is spectacular and we couldn't be happier that we chose it. I traveled with my boyfriend and, following the reviews on booking, we decided to choose Palazzo Fousard for our stay. It is charming; the rooms are large, modern, bright, the decoration is divine and they have everything you could need, they are very clean and everything was in perfect condition (just like the rest of the place!). The best of all? Tobias! He took the time to write us multiple recommendations for activities and restaurants in Lucca according to our tastes, was always very attentive, told us the history of the Palazzo (Napoleon had it built for his sister's lover!) and gave us a tour of the entire hotel. He and his mom were very welcoming and special, and we will not hesitate to come back!!! If you are considering it, don't hesitate to choose this place: from the bottom of my heart I know you will love it.

Everything is really modern, the bed is very comfortable and the room was great for a 2 night accomodation. The staff was really amazing, they helped us with recommendations and also with a parking problem in the city centre. I am grateful for their help. The breakfast is really good, they don’t have that many options but really it was great because the products were organic, and you could find something to eat for sure. I would come back here for sure!
