It was absolutely exceptional place! Full of magic, beauty, care, and comfort. Every wish was fulfilled, like in a fairytale, and you truly feel yourself as an exquisite guest. If you would really like to experience beautiful Italy, this is the place. Bedlinen and towels have a very pleasant fragrance, Verdi music playing softly around the house, everything is sparkling, clean and shining, fantastic swimming pool kept us going these hot summer days, breakfast was according to any needs and diet restrictions, tasty and with the view to die for. Restaurants just 5 min. working with a magic atmosphere and live guitar music by Lorenzo. We enjoyed our stay and will definitely return again. Thank you Andrea for all the extra you did for us, during our stay! Thank you charming ladies for everyday room cleaning and folding! Thank you Luca for your outstanding care for us and for your beautiful home, which we proudly shared with you.

Excellent location, close to supermarkets, the city center, and the train station. The house is quite pleasant, clean, and well-equipped. There was a small miscommunication over parking, but we resolved it. Also, they could leave extra towels because we payed for four people and got two sets of towels. Otherwise, everything was amazing.

Everything you need was provided - even little things like a travel comb or toothbrush in case you forgot yours. There was coffee, little sachets of jam and pretty much everything you need (better than in a good hotel). It is a small town - you can book a funicular railway that takes you up to a medieval village. A supermarket is around the corner. It takes about an hour to drive to Pisa, Florence or Massa beach.
