I booked this facility for a friend. He arrived late in the evening and that was no problem. The host had done shopping for our friend so he could eat and drink. That was really super! He was very enthousiastic about his stay.

A lovely place to staff, off the beaten track. The owners were absolutely lovely. The pool was small but a welcome relief to the heat, so perfect for me. I had the last single room, which was small but perfectly adequate, very clean and a great shower! Fara in Sabina is about a 20 minute beautiful drive away with many beautiful restaurants.

The owners were welcoming from the moment we arrived until we left, Isabella’s English is excellent which helped, nothing was to much trouble. The rooms are lovely, the location is rural making it a peaceful retreat with excellent food yet, it’s also very easy to get into Rome via the train(less than €3). Highly recommend for your Roma holiday but with a peaceful break in amongst nature.

We were staying there during the Ryder Cup and, since I had decided to attend only very few weeks before the event, a decent accommodation in Rome would have been extremely expensive. The B&B was located nicely to comfortably commute to the event location. The guest house is nice and clean. The breakfast and coffee is superb. Francesca is super friendly and although there was a small language barrier we were able to overcome it via Google Translator :-) Parking in the garden behind the house is well spaced, even for a larger limousine. There are some restaurants in walking distance, we liked Zio Tobia the best.

The owners went out of their way to be helpful. My bike broke and they dropped me to bike repair shops, helped translate with the mechanics and then dropped me to the train station. Check in was easy and straightforward. The room had good air conditioning and good facilities

Our second time there. It’s peaceful, beautifully decorated, and comfortable. Breakfast is excepcional with home made cakes and jam, fresh fruit and excellent cofee. Antonio and Laura are kind and helpful and the dogs are lovely
