Aji's Fruit Farm is a unique place to stay. The cottage/bungalow has two bedrooms, complete kitchen facilities, air-conditioning and a washing machine!!! The wide verandah has comfortable table and chairs for relaxing and taking in the breeze. The cottage is situated amid grassy coconut groves on an award-winning fruit farm. Just meters away is the property lake front where you can swim. At the you have a lovely cabana, hammocks and swing (with outdoor restaurant under construction). Sunrise view from the cabana should not be missed followed by a delicious breakfast. Aji is a wonderful, thoughtful host. The accommodation is about 30 minutes from Uda Walawe NP, so within easy access, and a lovely peaceful alternative. We were sorry we could only stay one night.

The bathroom that separates the shower area from the toilet! This was the only place where we didn’t have to wipe up the toilet seat after taking a shower in Sri Lanka. The hot shower, cooling a/c, clean bed linens and towels,,things that are standard in the western countries are not always the case in Sri Lanka, so this was really a nice experience. The staff were really nice as well.

This really is a home away from home in the beautiful Sri Lankan jungle. Prabath and his family are so incredibly welcoming and generous they really look after you and make sure you have everything you need. Prabath's wife's Sri Lankan cooking is SO delicious and very generous portions. Prabathh was a truly lovely host and has become an amazing friend. He took us to nearby places in the village like the local river to swim in and a wonderful restaurant called Garlic Cafe run by his friend (we really recommend eating lunch here!!) The property is so incredible with most of the buildings handbuilt by Prabath with hammocks and a pool to cool off in. We can't thank Prabath and his family for our stay they made it so memorable and overwhelmed us with their hospitality. We will definitely be back!!

We were four of us and we stayed in a family room with two large beds. The room was quite spacious and the beds were very comfortable and room and bathroom were clean. We had ordered ahead for dinner. The meal was one of the best we have had. We are Sri Lankans living in the USA and we know what good Sri Lankan food is. Very authentic. The soft drinks they had made and the desserts (watalappan and curd) were simply fantastic. Harith, the co-owner and our host, was professional, courteous, and extremely helpful. We used his jeep to go on a safari early morning. Again, he did not disappoint us. Induruwa Safari Resort is one of the true gems for anyone who wants to stay at a clean, comfortable, and reasonably priced location.

Had a fantastic stay at this place! Big room, working ac and fan, mosquito nets available - everything for a good night's sleep! The hosts are VERY nice and welcoming, made sure i had everything i need and more, even though i came out of the blue with a last minute booking! (i checked in 10 minutes after booking the room). They also cooked me a huge and very tasty dinner and breakfast, authentic local food and even provided free coconuts from their own garden! The safari they organized for me was amazing, the driver is very knowledgeable, very sharp-eyed to point out all the animals, more so, actually, than the ranger from the park! The price was very reasonable for such a great adventure. Overall highly recommended, great people, wonderful room, perfect safari experience, couldnt ask for more for such a low price!
